This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Business Manager, located in Óbidos. The Business Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the E&V offices, manage sales teams, and ensure efficient business processes.

Responsibilities include the following:


  • Support advisors and staff with the processes, CRM discipline, and documentation.
  • Manage administrative workflows, invoices, payroll/attendance, and office procedures.
  • Conduct recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and team communication.
  • Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering documentation and IMPIC reporting.
  • Maintaining Engel & Völkers brand standards and office presentation.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design and execute campaigns aligned with the company's goals.
  • Represent the license area at E&V internal and external events in Portugal.
  • Align operational priorities and strategic direction with the company shareholders.
  • When necessary act as a sales advisor or business developer when required.
  • Manage all aspects related to the shareholder properties in Portugal.
  • Track and analyse sales performance and ensure outstanding client satisfaction.

Minimum requirements

About you:


  • Proficiency in operations, market analysis, and client relationship management
  • Strong leadership, team management, and coaching abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in relevant technology tools, such as CRM software and real estate platforms
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional language skills are advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven work experience in a leadership role
  • Experience in real estate industry would be of advantage
